Retired Police Detective Callum Weaver is new in town, and sparks fly when he runs into scantily clad barfly Lacey French down at the Rabbit Hole. This is angsty and smutty and I am including an underage trigger warning because Lacey is seventeen, and while the relationship is consensual and legal in Maine, it isn’t everywhere. Also, there is an element of teacher/student.

If he wants to keep his kingdom and his life, he needs to make sure that the child mentioned in the prophecy never sets a foot into hell.
