Summary
Sengoku receives a call from Tsuru. His son is dead, they have found blood pertaining to him on the shores of Minion Island. Doflamingo has publicly stated that he has murdered his traitorous brother, disposed of his body throwing it to the gelid waters of the North Blue. Three months after the heartbreaking news Sengoku receives a very different type of call. Rosinante is alive and asks him to take the holidays he hadn't had in more than ten years.
His child has adopted four gremlin children full of traumas on a god forsaken island in the middle of the North Blue and unbeknownst to Sengoku everything is about to change.

There are several fics with the premise of 'what would happen if Garp had decided to be different and actually protect his grandchildren and betray the marines but few about Sengoku doing the same. I have the 'bad endings version/timeline of Sengoku staying loyal to the marines written in other fics of mine, but I wanted a gen fic in which Sengoku makes a very different decision. I've been thinking about this fic for months which means…I have to write it.
Whatever this is, it is probably the contrary thing to marine propaganda.

Summary
Rosinante, secretly the subject of the World Government's first attempts at what will one day be known as a Pacifista, has been sent to spy on and ultimately facilitate the execution of his evil brother.
Unaware, Doflamingo ushers Rosi into an indulgent lifestyle of vice and luxury, wrapping him in them like he wraps him in a cloak of feathers. Now that his beloved brother has returned, nothing will stop Doffy from smothering him with all the affection he knows how to give, and insisting that the rest of his family do the same. Despite suspicions and their better judgment, the executives try their best to please Doffy, and make Rosi feel welcome.
The longer he spends with Doflamingo, and with Doffy's evil comrades, the more Rosi desperately wishes that he could find a way to disobey his orders; the more completely he finds himself sinking into the wickedness in his own heart, and hoping that he'll never escape.

Summary
Crocodile had hoped a Warlord position would open up a world of possibilities for wealth, fame, power, etc. Instead, it introduces him to one Donquixote Rocinante, the Marine captain now responsible for keeping Crocodile in line. Except Rocinante turns out to be far more of an enigma than Crocodile could have expected. There's more than secrets hidden behind his frigid exterior-- and he may not be as loyal to the Marines as he seems, haunted as he is by everything he tried to leave behind.
Crocodile's priority is to guarantee his future success; attraction is a liability. But as he and Rocinante become unexpected allies, he finds he can't escape the weight of his own heart.
