Summary
Billy has been on his ass since he got to town, so Steve decides to put an end to it by giving him what he wants.

"What's so funny, pretty boy?" Billy asks, bumping up against him, groin skimming Steve's ass. It is supposed to be threatening but Steve knows this dance, has caught Billy peeking in the showers enough times to know what he is really after.
Steve crumples up the napkin and tosses it in the direction of the trashcan. It is too far away and the paper towel just floats to the ground, not that either of them notice too busy having a stare down in the mirror.
Steve decides he is done playing as he whirls around poking Billy in the chest hard forcing him to take a surprised step back. "You, you're fucking hilarious." He does not give Billy a chance to speak or catch his footing, keeps pushing him back through the handicap stall, the door slamming open as he hits it. "You want to fuck me so bad it makes you look stupid."

“Yeah? What about it? I know I said I’d make sure you were safe and everything, but does that mean I can’t enjoy myself? You were both pretty preoccupied, weren’t you?”
“I-” Robin actually looked speechless. “Of course you can, just…it was…” She tucks a strand of hair behind her ear, frustrated. “That was a guy, Steve!”
Steve nodded. “Yeah, I’m aware.”
Robin blinked. “A guy,” she repeated, an exasperated expression on her face, her hands making some sort of gesture, underlining the word.
“I know,” Steve said, in the same manner, starting to get frustrated now, too. “Was pretty hard to miss with his dick against my thigh.” He narrowed his eyes. “No pun intended.”
