Summary
Wemmbu didn't want to die.
Despite the fact he could feel numbness in the limbs he could no longer move if he even tried, the demon smiled. It was a feeble gesture, though. His eyes were half-lidded and weak. Flame's figure was blurry in his vision. Why was the world spinning so much?
"Flame. You can be the strongest now."
Those words seemed to stun Flame into silence.
"I think... I think I'll close my eyes for a little. A nap sounds rather nice right about now," Wemmbu croaked out, trying for one last laugh that came out like a strangled choke instead.
Flame simply gaped at him as he went limp on the ground next to him, and he said something that was lost to Wemmbu's ears as the darkness took him under.
Or; an AU where, due to some sort of mysterious divine intervention, Wemmbu is unable to let himself give up in his fight with Flame, and consequently dies because of that. (work and chapter titles are from the song "Things to Do" by alex g)

Summary

Btw. Tommy is like a phoenix as he gain both his parents traits, Phil’s wings and Kristin’s fire. Also I do not support Wilbur in any way shapre or form. I will only use his character in this fic.
