Summary
He could feel them every time he breathed, as if the air filling his lungs put pressure on the invisible wounds that cut him. Every time he laughed with his family, every smile he forced, was a reminder of the crack growing inside him. And at night, when the silence grew heavier, the pieces sank deeply, stabbing without mercy, reminding him of what he'd lost, what he had done.
In his chest, a few centimeters to the left, he was bleeding.
In fact, he had been for a long time, so much so that he had learned to live with that slow and relentless drip that he doubted would ever stop. He didn't believe there was a cure for the pain of knowing that, in some corner of his life, he had chosen the wrong path. Each heartbeat was a reminder of what he could never recover. Perhaps, in his darkest moments, he thought, this was what he deserved. Maybe that slow bleeding was the price he had to pay for the decisions he'd made, for the promises he'd broken, and for the secrets he kept.
And yet, he kept walking, maintaining that smile, trying to convince everyone, and himself, that everything was fine. Because, despite the constant hemorrhage in his chest, Seokjin wasn't ready to let everything fall apart.
Not yet.

Summary
Taehyung froze as he watched him, his inner wolf going silent, alert. The boy didn’t seem to notice his presence, too focused on his battle with the jacket. But for him, everything around faded away. It was as if time had decided to stop just so he could capture every detail: the unruly hair, the small clumsy fingers tugging at the zipper, and those eyes... those eyes that, even with a frown, seemed brighter than any star he had ever seen.
Seokjin.
Kim Seokjin.
The person who would drive him absolutely crazy in love years later.

Summary
Impossible.
Impossible.
Impossible.God, how he hated that word.
Taehyung clenched his teeth as he heard it echoing in his head, over and over again, like a cursed echo that wouldn’t leave him alone. It wasn’t the first time he’d heard it, and it wouldn’t be the last. That word had been like a constant specter in his life, haunting him for as long as he could remember.
His brothers used to call him stubborn and foolish, laughing as they watched him take on each new challenge. His parents, on the other hand, looked at him with a mix of pride and resignation, saying that this fierce competitiveness was nothing more than a natural trait of what he was clearly destined to be: an alpha. An alpha who was born to win.
His hands, resting on the table, tightened until his knuckles turned white.
Seokjin wasn’t impossible. No.
He was just a little out of reach, but Taehyung knew, damn it, he knew that this alpha was meant to be his.
And no one, absolutely no one, would tell him otherwise.
