Summary
Tired, after a long race, Max tells the media that he and George Russel are dating. It’s a joke. A poorly timed joke, maybe, but still obviously a joke, but not to the media or the fans who are engrossed by the story of two rivals turned lovers. The passionate love affair that had spilled into their off track dynamic.
It wasn’t meant to happen, but it did, and both the Red Bull and Mercedes team need to find a way to pick up the pieces before the situation got any more out of control. -

Max Verstappen only wants three things in life: race wins, quiet weekends and his cats. That’s it. But apparently, the universe had other plans. Ones that involve Charles Leclerc, his suspiciously supportive rival who keeps showing up with snacks and compliments and George Russell, who seems to wake up every morning thinking “How can I annoy Max today?”
The worst part? Everyone can see what’s going on except Max himself.
“You were incredible out there.” Charles says, eyes soft.
“Yeah.” George adds with a smirk “until I destroy you next race.”
“Why are you both like this?” Max sighs.He thinks they’re just being weird. The rest of the paddock knows better.
