    If a few years ago someone had told him he was going to live with a boy—and not just any boy, but his boyfriend—Zenitsu would have laughed in their face and told them no way, I'm straight, dude. If they'd said the boy in question would be Tanjirou, then Zenitsu would have taken them to the hospital, because maybe he could accept the boyfriend thing, but Tanjirou was too good for someone like him, and there was absolutely no way he'd choose him when there were people like Kanao or Aoi dying for him.

    Well, look at him now. Zenitsu had won.

Don't get him wrong, he loves Tanjiro to death, he does, but sometimes he just needs to be slammed up against a wall and get fucking railed, ya know?
