This is the first book in a long, seven-book series. This one will be much shorter than the others since it happens before Hogwarts. Hermione's relationships aren't set in stone at this point, especially because she's so young in this book and hasn't yet been to Hogwarts. Just be warned that I tend to write and enjoy reading Hermione/Multi, so it'll probably end up being like that when we wrap up. Either way, the driving force is the plot, and less on the romance.

Cedric reaches up and pushes a lock of her hair behind her ear, brushing her cheek with his thumb as he does so. He slowly pushes himself up into a sitting position, and Hermione finds herself breathless by the intensity in his gaze. He looks nervous, she realises, fidgeting with his cuff. He cups her face with one hand and she leans into his touch. “Can I kiss you?” he asks.
