Summary
"Every human who has been unfortunate enough to realise the truth of who I am, they have questions. Endless questions. What’s Hell like? What’s Heaven like? What about Hitler? The list goes on and on. But the Detective?
Nothing."
...
During an impromptu visit to the penthouse, Chloe overhears a conversation that leaves her reeling. Now, all she can do is try to find a way to fix things, without causing more damage in the process. Summary
In season 3, episode 21, "Anything Pierce Can Do, I Can Do Better," both Lucifer Morningstar and Marcus Pierce rush to Chloe Decker's apartment for one last attempt to win her back.
Pierce arrives first, and Lucifer can only watch through a window as Pierce proposes and Chloe accepts.
Unless ... Lucifer got there first? And had a chance to say a few important things before the other man barged in?
He's promised to tell Chloe the truth. How will she handle celestial revelations, a jackass of an ex, too much coffee, not enough sleep, and Pierce's secrets and lies? (Probably with Maze's tequila.)
