Summary
Hornet woke in the Black Egg Temple to the sight of her sibling's fractured mask. For the walk from the temple's central chamber to its exit, she thought herself truly alone in the world once more.
When Hollow followed her out, she realized that wasn't so. But now she has to try and take care of her older sibling as they recuperate and learn to live in a world where they do not have to be pure, figure out what to do about what Little Ghost left of a body, and try to piece together two kingdoms which fell long ago.
Life keeps throwing her surprises, too, which does not help.
(Post-Dream No More ending, though it's fudged and mixed with the Godseeker endings some. Characters and tags will be updated as more chapters are posted.)

Summary
Connor didn’t sign up for any of this, let alone becoming an accidental symbol of the Android Revolution for his actions in Hart Plaza. With android freedom acquired, he just wants to be left alone and do what he was made for.
He just has to find a police department incompetent enough to not realize his references, half his service record, and all of his identifying documentation are fake (it's hard to get a driver's license when you weren’t even considered sentient six months ago).
Enter the hiring committee of the Bludhaven Police Department, who didn't even read half his resume, and his new partner Detective Dick Grayson, too observant for his own good.

I plan to write more in this series, so feel free to subscribe if you'd like to see those. In the next story, red ice numbers are on the rise in Bludhaven, and the captain calls in an old cop friend for help. This just so happens to be Hank Anderson.In the story after that, Dick learns Connor isn't planning on celebrating Thanksgiving and drags him home to the Manor to have Thanksgiving dinner with the fam. Tim's been following the Android Rights Movement pretty closely. Some things come to light.

Ch 34
"You’re an idiot, Kakashi.” she sighs, but her smirk has turned into a wry, reluctantly amused smile, and the expression in her eyes is fond. “But I’m proud of you.”Kakashi flinches, completely unprepared for the words, especially considering who they were said by.
“You’re still half my age, stop that.” he grouches, only half-kidding, making Sakura laugh, and Kakashi is feeling nice enough to not point out that she sounds like she’s about to cry.
“Shut up and give me a hug.” Sakura orders wetly, stretching her arms out towards Kakashi and skilfully ignoring the judging looks her summons shoot her. “Or I might start crying for real.”
Naturally, Kakashi scrambles to obey.
(It hits him only later, after Sakura had given up, cried on his shoulder, and then promptly passed out on the sofa, that he never actually said ‘I’m sorry’. Still, with how his kouhai is curled up, fingers clutching at Kakashi’s pant leg even in her sleep, Kakashi reckons they understood each other even without it.)
