Summary
When All Might leaves Izuku on the roof, his last thread of hope snaps. Instead of going downstairs, he jumps off the side to end it all. His death, however, creates a spiritual logistics error. He doesn't belong in Hell, but Heaven won't take him yet. In the end, he gets sent back to Earth.

Izuku Midoriya was quirkless.
Then while he was getting beat up in a back alley because Fingers is a dick, a Vigilante-turned-Hero discovers this altercation and helps Midoriya realize that they are, in fact, not quirkless.
They just have one of the weirdest Quirks in the world, being that it's related to an entire group of ex-vigilantes, except, of course theirs has to be weirder because it turns them into a girl.

What he doesn’t know is that he is not in fact quirkless, just that his quirk requires large amounts of energy to activate. So when he is attacked by the sludge villain his quirk takes all of his gathered energy and evolves itself and him… Before consuming the sludge villain for even more energy before it continues to evolve itself and him.
When she awakens she will no longer be who he once was, no she will awaken as the Queen of Blades, and leader of the hive.
