Techno slammed his fists against the transparent wall of his prison, trying his best to break it down. His captors backed up, whistling anxiously to each other.
He gave the barrier another loud crack, delightedly watching as they scrambled away in abject terror.
Nodding in satisfaction, he turned around to meet the eyes of two other prisoners that had been thrown into his cell.
He froze.
Right.
There were now aliens in his cell.
And he probably just scared the hell out of them.
Or: Humans are a dangerous race feared by all on an intergalactic scale. Techno, a human ex-soldier that was abducted by aliens 18 months ago, is biding his time in captivity.
This changes when two young aliens are sent into his cell to die.

Phil and Techno are dragons that lost their adoptive egg when humans raided their den, years ago. Ever since then, they have both held a deep hatred for the human race. That is until Phil get lured in by a human boy singing in the woods making him feel a possessive and longing feeling he only felt twice in his life.
Wilbur practically raised Tommy after their mother died, their father abandoning them for the taverns. Good riddance anyway, Wilbur was doing just fine him and Tommy. Especially since he met this hermit that lived in the woods; Philza.

Phil doesn’t cry.
But as he stands before Tommy, his shoulders shaking, and his eyes shining in the moonlight, he’s about as close as he gets to it. Tommy reaches up to grab his hand with his smaller ones. He hadn’t meant to make him sad.
He just wanted to tell him how much he missed his dad!
How he didn’t mind dying if it meant Phil would be his family again.
“You’re not supposed to be this…this small. Is this how bad we failed you?” It’s barely said over a whisper. Tommy has to strain his ears to even make out the words.
“I promise Tommy,” Phil says his eyes growing a fire in them. “We’re going to make this right. We’ll make it go away.”
And under the snowfall of the arctic winds. Tommy can’t help but believe him.

Dream shakes his head, laughing. “You can’t do that.” And as he walks forward to get closer, Phil points his sword right at Dream’s face.

Maybe he shouldn’t have pushed one of his more volatile students quite so far while playing as Sukea. One moment, he was enjoying a final game of teasing his face before passing the Hokage hat to Naruto; the next, he was in the past, draped in oversized clothes that now felt more like a tent than an outfit.

“He finished it!” Phil ran an exhausted hand down the side of his face.

“Dad!” Tommy gasped as though Phil had said something diabolical. “Techno didn’t even make nuggets even though it’s Tuesday and I ate the gross leftovers and only complained a little, tiny bit because I knew I could have my cookie! If I don’t have my cookie tonight, I will die."
“Okay, okay!” Phil acquiesced. “How about I get you a new cookie on my way back?”
“I don’t want a new cookie. I want MY cookie!”

Summary
The crux of the matter is that Kakashi’s old. By the time he finally gives up the hat, he’s nearly forty and growing older, and while he’s faced death too many times to still remember to fear it, he certainly thinks about it. He can’t help it. He blames the Nidaime — staring at Senju Tobirama’s reanimated face reminds Kakashi of everything that will die with him: his clan, their history, an entire generation. The realization leaves him unsettled, and as his body starts to ache more and more, he finds himself wishing for a world in which he isn’t so alone.
Or, Kakashi returns to the Hatake compound in an attempt to speak with his ancestors and promptly forgets that the Hiraishin is, above all else, an experimental time/space jutsu. By activating it, he finds himself in a world not quite like his own.

The signal was hazy, Ranboo said it was a scrambler, and a very advanced one at that. Even after Techno finally slept his highfire, the best Ranboo could tell them was that the scramble pattern looks Endran. It’s something of Ender’s, and Ranboo says that if he was given a few rotations he could probably crack it, but there’s an equal chance that they don’t have a few rotations.
They don’t know what it is.
