Kai has been a dragon all his life, but that is a long and winding tale for another day, instead he's faced with loosing the last family he has when Lord Garmadon makes a return to Ninjago. Of course, being an ancient dragon, Kai has his fair share of bad blood with the sons of the First Spinjitzu Master, making him more than reluctant to team up with Wu and his trio of ninja.
