Summary

It turns out that the city relied on its resident super villain far more than anyone realized, and with him gone someone is going to have to fill his shoes. Or custom baby-seal-leather boots. Someone who understands how Megamind operated. Someone who knows everything about how to fight Metro Man. Someone with the spine and moral fibre to defend and sustain Metro City even if they're reviled for it. And Roxanne always looked good in black.
