Summary
Despairing as yet another timeline goes horribly wrong, Homura wanders into Karakura. There she discovers that while the spiritually-aware people of Karakura were distracted by Ichigo Kurosaki and Xcution, Kyubey had managed to contract the Kurosaki sisters as magical girls. Drawing the attention of the shinigami could be just the advantage Homura needs.

This was written in the mid-2000s and it shows. The work is worth studying to see the immense gulf in implicit assumptions between then and now
By that I mean, the author was an orthodox feminist of 2006, but Overton has shifted quite a bit since 2006. Specifically, Harry’s first scene with River would have had him flayed by the metoo crowd.
Overall, the story was best in it’s establishing chapters and dropped in quality as time went on.
I have noticed a habit, the habit to introduce a man having an alpha dgaf manner, then hotswitch that out once attraction has been established within audience. With sufficiently short works the momentum can carry him(see KPDH), but with longer serials such as this one, it becomes draggingly obvious to those who can notice

Summary
"Awful things happen to wizards who meddle with time."
Sadly for Harry, she had very little luck in not meddling. While trying to save Sirius from falling into the Veil, Harry accidentally sends herself back in 1943, where she soon runs into a teenage Dark Lord, who seems much too interested in her for her continued health and well-being. Or so she thinks in the beginning.
Soon, she will find that the rumors about Tom Riddle's charisma were far from baseless, and that, in a world so far from her own, she will have to quickly decide who can be trusted, and who cannot.
