Now Jake kind of regretted agreeing to dogsit for his neighbors while they were on a cruise. Cannon had been acting weird lately. Of course Bill and Susan had laughed it off. “Dogs will be dogs,” they’d say whenever their English Mastiff stuck his nose between Jake’s legs or jumped on him sporting a doggie hard-on.
“We really wonder what he sees in you,” Susan had mused more than once. “He doesn’t do this to other guys.”
