This story is inspired by real people whose names have been changed to respect their privacy. I don't know these individuals personally; they simply sparked the idea for my main characters, and I've developed them in my own way. While readers may find echoes of real situations, everything within these pages comes from my personal interpretation, and the majority of the narrative is purely my invention.
