She knew “it” was really a “she.”
And she knew that Medusa had been waiting for ages for a body like Winter’s.

Summary
Emil has been down on his luck for a while now. Same job cycle; sell time for creds, spend creds to waste time, rinse and repeat. That's just how life was in his dystopian cyberpunk hellscape. That is, until a job to recover some data from a defunct research facility presented itself, promising to set him up for a good long while. Well, what he finds there definitely does provide that change he was looking for, but probably not in the way he'd imagined. Bear witness to his ascent to the throne.
