Summary
In another timeline, when Ultima was defeated magic never left the lands of Valisthea, it only grew. The crystals began to reform even as the land began to heal, and over decades, new dominants rose and fell. Now, 200 years after Clive Rosfield saved Valisthea, the aether has reached a critical mass. Strange events have been reported, flights of airships seen one moment and vanishing the next, ancient ruins appearing in the night as if they had never fallen, and the sight of strange figures wandering the lands, matching descriptions from old tales. A new generation of Dominants must rise to the occasion, and confront the past. Through it all, a stranger watches and waits, seeking to answer the question "Have the creations who rose up to defy their maker truly earned their freedom?"

Summary
It's been hard work in 1999 trying to maintain the loop and keep old Wally at bay, and now Ciaran has a new headache on his hands. A new trio of protoframes has been found in the city, and he has to add a few more people into his counseling (seriously he never got a degree for this) sessions. Meanwhile in the future, Tenno Sisters Violet and Viridia find the remains of an unknown warframe in what looks to be an intact section of 1999 Subway that's survived all these years. Who are these new protoframes, how can they help out around the Mall, and can Violet and Viridia help their older brother save them before one of them winds up meeting their end?
