“Izuuuu slow down…” Katsuki half-heartedly grumbles as he struggles to keep his feet under him at the awkward speed Izuku has them moving at. “Gonna end up having to wait on-“ Katsuki yawns wide and blinks away the watering of his eyes. “Wait on your troll if we go any faster, I doubt he’ll be waiting at the gate early…”
Katsuki blinks tired red eyes at the purple tinted blob slowly coming into focus waiting at the entrance with a bike leaning next to him. Izuku just turns back to him to poke his tongue out and picks up the pace, ignoring Katsuki’s groans and tired huffs.

Bakugous arms swung behind him, Nitroglycerin slicked palms crackled before they ignited for real, and the force propelled him towards Deku. He was on him in a second, one arm around his waist, the other navigating through the rubble as it fell, attempting to bury them. People were screaming and begging for help. The hero's who could fly like Bakugou were trying their best to help, but the whole building was coming down. There was furniture and rubble and metal falling in every direction. Bakugou couldn't tell where the screams were coming from; it felt like they were all around. What if he tried to blast himself out of this, and one of these screaming people were caught up in it?

Bakugou has a lot on his mind, things he's not ready to talk about. However, following an unknown villain attack, Midoriya and Bakugou are buried under what used to be Endeavour's Hero Agency. Red was a rather beautiful color in Izuku’s eyes. The daring-ness of such a brutal shade of crimson, it was everything Izuku associated with all his life. Red meant danger, red meant frightening. But it meant so much more. So much. Red also meant courage, strength, determination. Red meant victory.

Katsuki never told anyone his favorite color. He just found warmth that it existed, and that it was always near. The color would never stray too far from him. No matter how hard he tried. Katsuki didn’t want the color to stray too far either, otherwise he’d have to go chase after it. Katsuki’s favorite color gave him a sense of peace and warmth. It was associated with many things in his life. For a certain amount of time, he thought it was weak, he thought it wasn’t strong enough to stand next to him. Later on, he’d find out how wrong he was, how much he needed that color. Katsuki’s favorite color is green.
