The top of the page read “Does Mogari like me?” followed by a near obsessive list of hints and theories. Eugene had been gathering evidence for the past few weeks, unwilling to confess unless he was 100% sure. His mother finding out about his plan was an unseen variable.
“Mogari,” she began, cold enough to make the red-head shiver, “he was one of those boys you brought around.”
Eugene could only nod, already anticipating the next question.
“Do you like him? Do you like boys, Eugene?”

After Eugene's mother finds out about his sexuality, the boy spirals, unable to confide in his friends for fear of further judgment. But one unlucky encounter with a ghost, a bout of possesion and a late night confession assuage all his worries.

In the summer of 1985, (but before dustin comes home and season 3 starts) Eleven has dumped Mike and with Max's help, she writes Dustin letters talking about her summer. He writes back, and slowly they fall into a rhythm and almost.. something sweet. Mike on the other hand, isn't taking the break up well, and when Lucas is hanging out with Max or away... the only person he can talk to is Will.
(This is a Canon divergence in which the Russians don't come to Hawkins, and the Mind Flayer fails to flay anyone. Everyone's lives are mostly the same as Canon and even *relatively normal*.
(Some of this Fic will be written like letters)
