Dick had woken up with quite a limited selection of memories.
Bruce had asked J’onn to the manor as a favor after Dick hit his head and got knocked unconscious on patrol.
Dick didn’t remember being knocked out.
In fact, the last thing he remembered was being at Titans Tower, paralyzed with grief.
In his mind, the last big thing he could remember was Jason’s death. Learning about it after he returned from Tamaran… his anger and frustration that no one told him. That no one even thought to contact him–
