Summary
Zoro gets that some things are worth risking danger for. The health and happiness of his crewmates are on that list.
So when a storm blows Luffy’s hat into the sea and Luffy intends to risk either his health by going after it or his happiness by letting it go, Zoro does not hesitate and dives into the cold roaring sea himself.
(In which a hat is saved, Zoro narrowly avoids hypothermia, and the rest of the crew tries their best to get it through his thick skull that their health and happiness are dependent on his health and happiness.)
