Rex looks to Hunter desperately, who looks back at him just as desperately, if not moreso. Neither of them want to break the news to him. Maybe it has something to do with his story? Given this clone’s condition, there’s no way in hell he hasn’t gone through something absolutely mental. Perhaps they’re in similar boats.
Well, no clone’s ever done well with being patronized. Looks like it’s up to Fives to break the ice.

The exact location and time period he's been transported to? Smack in the middle of The Odyssey on Odysseus' ship, right before the crew lands on Helios' island. And when Zeus arrives to cast judgement, he comes face-to-face with a demigod, young and mortal and inexplicably, undeniably his.
Jason thinks that Zeus couldn't care less about him.

“Am I not a man?” The Captain asks him. A particularly angry ember pops and crackles in the quiet of the night, sending sparks scattering across the rough dirt. One lands next to his companion’s foot, and he smothers it absent-mindedly. To his credit, the Captain appears genuinely interested in the answer.
The Rancher makes a show of looking him up and down. He squints his eyes at his companion’s demeanour.
The Captain’s legs are positioned to run. Every swish of grass blades in the breeze, and the rustling of browning tree leaves, sends a tremor through the set line of his shoulders. His gaze never fully leaves their group. A royal knight – one trained to near-perfection, but not one accustomed to the company of people beyond his armed peers.
“…Nah,” the Rancher answers eventually, slouching back on the log. His hands come to rest behind him to support his sitting. “I see a boy with knight’s armour on.”

It turns out that accepting Izuku was the best decision he could have made, because Katsuki’s absolute unwavering determination, his intensity, his overwhelming bloodlust, when paired with Izuku’s border-line stalkerish analysis, his hunger to rise above his position, his sharp perception, makes for a terrifying duo.
