Summary
I thought I saw you once —
laughing without flinching,
without scanning the room for exits,
without calculating the cost of being seen. This is me talking to the version of me I thought I could have been.
Maybe I'll make this a collection of quiet conversations with myself — the versions that existed, the ones that survived, the ones that never came to be, and the ones I am still trying to become.

Summary
Following the theme and emotions of my first work: The Lone Wolf and The Lost Fox (Please read this first to anchor you down to the general theme :) Thank you! )
Stories of survival, memory, and peace in the world of Ghost of Yōtei — told through wolves, ghosts, and the quiet things they learn to keep.
These stories unfold before, during, and beyond the war in Ezo—
moments scattered across time, told through the voices of those shaped by it.Through shifting perspectives—Atsu, Oyuki, Homura, Mikage, and others—the anthology explores survival, memory, and the quiet bonds that endure even as the world burns or begins again.

Summary
Update: I created an anthology series following this. The emotional theme and POV’s are kept. Thanks for even considering reading my works. Nothing but love.
Eleven chapters, an epilogue, dual POVs, and emotional arcs.
After the fires of Yōtei, two souls scarred by vengeance learn to live in the quiet aftermath.
Atsu—the lone wolf forged by loss.
Oyuki—the fox who once wore too many names. In the stillness of Ezo, they find each other again—not as warrior and specter, but as women learning what peace sounds like. Between the whisper of ginkgo leaves, the hum of a shamisen, and the ghosts that still linger, they rebuild a home from the remnants of war.
A story of remembrance, forgiveness, and the slow, deliberate act of healing — together.
