Summary
Shamrock knows the future.
He knows the power that will one day challenge the world, and he knows exactly where to find it: a small, defenceless village on the East Blue. Arriving years before the Red-Haired Pirates, Shamrock takes Monkey D. Luffy under his wing, whisking the four-year-old away on a mysterious flagship with promises of heroism and protection.
Intending to rewrite history, Shamrock raises Luffy within the ironclad halls of justice. However, the most terrifying force on the seas isn't an Ancient Weapon, but a hyperactive child who has the entire household—including Shamrock’s own intimidating father—wrapped around his finger.
(...And if Shamrock and Garling have to systematically dismantle the World Government, assassinate the Five Elders and burn Mary Geoise to the ground just because Luffy decided the Empty Throne would make a really cool fort to play pirates in... well, parenting requires sacrifices.)

Summary
“I used to ask Judge every day what I did to deserve this,” King thunders. “Do you know what he finally told me?!”
Sanji’s chest wracks with something dangerously close to a sob. “He said it’s because you were born!”
And despite all his grace, King stumbles –– like an angel cast out of heaven, taking his first wobbly steps on mortal ground. It’s clear he thought the question was rhetorical from the way he wavers, “How did you know that?” like he hadn’t even expected an answer, let alone the right one.
Sanji tries to respond, but he looks at King and sees a twisted science experiment, and sees––god, fuck, himself. Sees a man who spent his childhood strapped to a surgical table, and it was the closest thing he had to being held.
This is it. He has nothing left to hide. Sanji reaches a precious hand into the Pandora’s box inside his soul and rips it open, lets the ruins fly.
“Because he said the same thing to me!”
---------
In an alternate universe, King fights Sanji instead of Zoro during the Raid on Onigashima. There, they discover how true the phrase 'I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy' can really be.

Summary
The World Government orchestrated the events of Marineford under the rather childish belief that announcing their entire elite troops were holed up in a single location would go unnoticed by the other Emperors.
Linlin and Kaido are happy to inform them exactly how wrong they were. Three Emperors walk into Marineford, end one era and begin a new one.
