Summary
After James and Lily called it quits, she tried convincing herself it was all for the best, but cannot help and feel anger for wasting three years of her life on the relationship. An unexpected friendship with her ex-boyfriend’s best friend makes everything a bit easier, but she really shouldn’t be having these feelings for this guy. The one that keeps on reappearing in her life and is absolutely annoying.
At the same time, Sirius is fighting his own feelings, trying to be a loyal best friend and a decent guy, ditching his womanizing ways.
There’s no Harry in this AU, but in the background, there’s Remus dating his professor Minerva, Peter beefing with everyone because of his bigoted girlfriend JKR and there’s also an Oasis reunion tour happening. So, yes… this might be a bit of a crack.

“How about, I pay you a small fee? For your silence?” He looked at him expectantly. Surely, the centaur would be interested in this kind of an arrangement, considering he was already a bit riled up.
“A fee?” He huffed, sounding offended. “Your money is no good here!” He said, standing so that his hindleg blocked what Sirius was straining to see.
“How about… the fee is not in riches, but in flesh?” Sirius asked, tilting his head and fluttering his lashes at the confused centaur.
“What?! I have no intention of eating you,” he made a grimace, disgusted with the proposition. “I would never dream of feasting on a human! I’m not some mindless beast!” The centaur was not only disgusted, but obviously offended as well. “I must take you to my colony and they will decide on—"
“No, no, no!” Sirius laughed, shaking his head, stopping him right there. “I thought of a feasting of a different kind.”This is a prequel to Constellations Apart, and it's a story about how Sirius and Firenze first met all those years ago. There is no specific order in which these stories should be read and you don't need to read one to understand the other. It's just a bonus I decided to add.

Remus went red in the face, casting his gaze away from Sirius shyly. How he managed to still get flustered, after more than two years of doing this was beyond Sirius, but he appreciated it very much. There was something not only admirable, but also very, very attractive in Remus’ bashfulness.
“Come here,” Sirius extended his arm, instructing Remus to come closer.
Remus sighed in defeat, dragging his feet over to the desk and finally positioning himself between Sirius’ legs.

Summary
This was Remus’ first season as the assistant producer and he was desperate to prove himself worthy enough to carry this out to the end. Last year, he didn’t travel to the actual island and was left behind in London at the studio, mostly being in charge of the social media. In the end, he wasn’t even credited for doing it, so this right now was his time to shine! If he succeeded here, maybe, just maybe he could get an opportunity to work on TV shows that actually interested him. Something more meaningful and less of a… light-hearted summer entertainment border lining on trash programming.

Summary
