Summary
The whispers — they were an alluring, charming thing; a purring, sultry tone that beckoned her forth with every syllable. She could hear it in her head, sometimes, echoing within her own conscience. But, despite how lovely it sounded, its presence was less than reassuring. Claire wasn’t sure if the cause was that she was just going crazy, finally losing her mind, or if something less than desirable had slipped through the cracks of her Trollmarket portal escape and slithered into her mind.
She didn’t like the idea of either.
(Or, when Morgana takes control of Claire’s body, she decides to take a more violent and final approach to getting rid of Merlin’s Trollhunter.)

Summary
Jim had always wished for more in life, a purpose that went beyond any boring job his teachers suggested.
But, werewolves? That was something else entirely.
OR:
Hidden within the humble town of Arcadia Oaks were living myths, beings that roamed unseen to the human eye. Mystics and magics, monsters and beasts, vampires… and werewolves.
But, Jim refused to believe that he'd been attacked by anything beyond a perfectly normal wolf, unconvinced even when the moon rose bright in the sky and he grew teeth, and claws, and fur. No, he refused, because werewolves weren't real.
... Right?

Summary
Momo never found aliens in that hospital. She wasn’t too disappointed, she’d known that they were just a hoax— but, yokai? Those were real. She just wished she’d had the forethought to warn Occult-kun about the very real possibility of his death if he happened to encounter one.
She supposed it wouldn’t be so bad that he’d died, if it wasn’t for the fact that his overly-attached ghost seemed determined on following her around like her own personal shadow.
Oh, well. Dead or not, one more friend couldn't hurt, right?

Summary
Momo’s love for Okarun had blossomed into a blazing fire that she was struggling to contain– but she was too hesitant to admit her feelings. Was it too early, or too late?
Reiko Kashima decided for Momo. The girl had waited too long, taking advantage of what was right in front of her, so the yokai was going to fulfill her promise.
It was time to return and take Okarun away for good.

Summary
Sam swung around so quickly she could feel her neck protest uncomfortably as she pulled her arm back, just barely catching Danny's surprised expression before she smashed her fist into his face with a sickening crack.
Danny stumbled backwards and stared up at her with such fear and anguish in his green eyes that Sam could feel her anger begin to melt into the ground with the rain.
'Oh god, what have I done?'

Summary
Danny stumbled into her room as soon as the doors swung in and Sam wrapped her arms around his waist tightly before he nearly collapsed to the floor. His chin came to rest uncomfortably on her shoulder and Sam could feel his stuttered breaths ghosting over her neck. He was shaking, his shoulders slouched against her and almost causing her to fall backwards.
The faint patting of liquid dripping reached her ears.

Summary
Fear wasn’t always something new; sometimes it was a recurring memory.
Fear was the memory of electricity coursing through his body, heat boiling his blood and singing the tips of his hair as he fell from the sky, lightning sparking across his vision in a brilliant array of dangerous light. That moment, the fight that had happened so long ago on his sixteenth birthday, haunted him like the sound of thunder to lightning.
That night had terrified him. Scarred him in a way he’d never felt before.

Summary
After his fight with Tub, Jim is injured in the junkyard while on a mission. With no time left before sunrise and Jim minutes away from passing out, the rest of the trollhunting team go to an unhappy Tub's house where they hide from the sun. There Jim finally apologizes to him in an effort to rekindle their friendship after their argument.
(**BOOK VERSION** A semi-angsty hurt/comfort 'what if' of that scene where a bunch of cars fell on Jim.)
