Bathed in sunlight as he scribbles in a notebook sits the prettiest boy Charlie’s ever seen. His face is adorned with a beautiful constellation of dusky freckles and a floppy strawberry-blonde fringe that seems to be glowing in the weak January morning sun. Charlie swallows as his knees grow wobbly and he continues his pursuit for his seat. Nicholas Nelson looks up at him as he starts to pull out his chair and Charlie feels his breath be taken away from him at the sight of the biggest brown eyes he’s ever seen. Nicholas Nelson smiles up at him, making Charlie’s heart flutter, and he rushes to help Charlie with his chair. Charlie doesn’t usually like it when people help him without asking him but he can make an exception for Nicholas Nelson.
Sitting down with a blushing smile, Charlie looks at Nicholas Nelson and says. “Hi.”
Nicholas Nelson smiles too. “Hi.”
