Summary
Steve hadn't thought too much about a new neighbor until he sees the SOLD sign out front one morning. For 3 years Steve has been living in the suburban neighborhood, with his PTSD service dog, Scout, and the mundane had been all he needed. Well, that's what he had initially thought, until he gets word of his new neighbor. When Bucky moves in, it isn't at all what Steve had planned, but Steve pushes through, like always.
This is a domestic neighbors AU, there is no death and they are not superheroes, just everyday people !!! This is a slow burn, sweet, fluff filled fic, with some angst but not too much. I hope you enjoy!
