Summary
Due to pressure from students, alum, and the board, Nedzu has announced that they will be having a yearbook and that it is up to the teachers to get pictures of their classes. Aizawa, of course, thinks that's stupid, and immediately finds a way to avoid his responsibilities by exploiting a loophole - he can get the pictures from his students.
The only catch is that he doesn't want his coworkers to find out what he's doing because then they'll never let him hear the end of it.

He spun in a slow circle, rounding on Mineta, eyes narrowing and stance instinctively shifting. He took a deep breath. He would not fight Mineta. He would not let himself throw the first punch. Breathe. Follow Mic’s instructions. Breathe. Smile.
Izuku grinned, his expression turning almost feral with what could only be described as excitement, laughter and glee. Oh this would be good.
