Summary
Further inside it smelled like mold, dust and something worse, but he found it was easy to enjoy even the nausea if you set your mind to it. With the right story almost anything could be interesting enough to pass for enjoyable. There was a hopelessness to it all that reminded him of Louis. A soft, melancholy atmosphere that made it easy to imagine being close to him again without the terror of his actual presence.
