Summary
They say hindsight is 20/20. Like literally every other person on this planet, Sawamura Daichi had no idea who “they” was, but whomever it may be surely had some great level of sense. Daichi himself had pretty much spent the last four years of college proving that theory correct and he was miserable. There was no other way to put it than that he missed Sugawara Koushi. The two had dropped communication the day Daichi said goodbye at the airport, the day Suga left for college in America and didn’t return. Honestly, Suga really hurt Daichi when he left and now Daichi was mature enough to realize that quite a bit of that was his own fault but god he missed Suga so badly every second of every day. He was much stronger about it now, the wound a scar instead of a new gash. After all, Daichi had a whole four years to learn that nothing he would ever do would bring Suga back to him.

As always, he’s the one tying the knots and pulling the strings. Seible’s laid out beneath him, flushed and desperate, brattiness controlled by the silk restraining his hands. Kaelix is teasing as always, playful chaos incarnate, and Freodore keeps everything and everyone in check while stopping Seible from disobeying should he attempt to do so. Zeal believes, with a hundred and ten percent of his being, that everything is going according to plan.
Tonight isn't as typical as Zeal expects, though; the second he lets his guard down, it’s over. The scene flips. By the time he realizes what’s happening, his wrists are tied, his body’s trembling, and he finally finds out what it's like to be on the receiving end.
(The scary bit—the part he least expected? It's that Zeal is really, really into it.)

As they seek shelter from the rain in an abandoned, probably haunted castle, the Alphas go into rut. Shouto has a choice, confess and see if the marks on his wrist are shared by his guides, or wait outside in the spooky cold hallways.

“This guy is as boring as bread,” Jack says to his empty living room, pointing his fork at his television. It’s still the beginning of the show and when Connor announces that today’s bake will be a brie and date loaf bread Jack actually groans.
He isn’t sure why he keeps watching though. Connor goes through cooking some sauces and happily narrates everything with little interjected stories about his family. Standard cooking show shit. If Jack watches a little too closely when Connor pushes his sleeves up to knead the bread it’s only to watch the technique more carefully, that’s all.
