Summary
In this AU, Glinda is taken in by the Wizard of Oz after her parents are killed in an attack. She grows up under his and Madame Morrible's influence, working tirelessly to uphold her image as magical, powerful Glinda the Good. Everything is planned—the policies, the coronation, the wedding—but one unexpected wrench gets thrown into the machine on her first day at Shiz University: Elphaba Thropp.

Derek pines for her and she strikes up a friendship with her that's slowly turning into something more?
