Summary
Dean barely survived the djinn attack and the aftermath left him reeling. He was haunted by memories of the dream the djinn had conjured up. Desperate to leave town, Sam and Dean drove the night away until they found a new motel. Dean was asleep as soon as his head touched the pillow, but he dreamed himself back into that false world created by the djinn. Everything was the same without being the same. In that dream, Dean and Sam had sex, right inside their mother’s kitchen.
Dean woke up with a boner and bile flooding his mouth. His traitorous mind kept replaying the dream whenever he laid eyes on Sam and his body ached with an unknown hunger. In an attempt to forget, Dean poured alcohol on it and threw himself into the next best hunt, a ghost horse of all things.
Sam didn’t fail to notice that something was wrong with Dean and started making inquiries which only caused them to fight. Tensions were running high. The situation was bound to come to a head and Dean was terrified about Sam’s reaction when he inevitably discovered the truth.

Sam should have known it was a bad idea. He should have known and told Dean off instead of agreeing to it. What demon must have possessed him at that moment? Maybe the idea of a fun night out was just too tempting. Lately, they have been working day and night. Sam wanted to take a break and enjoy the carefree time with his brother. The moment the door has fallen closed and the sound of Dean’s footsteps is fading, Sam leaps to his bag. His heart is racing and his cock is already swelling from anticipation. It doesn't go past Dean’s notice who decides he must continue teasing Sam. The atmosphere becomes heated and soon things escalate. “The game is on.” Sam extols before cupping the back of Dean’s head to keep him in place as he slams their lips together. Their teeth clack and Dean groans as he slings his arms around Sam’s waist. Their lips move in tandem and Dean eagerly thrusts his tongue into the hot cavern of Sam’s mouth. He tastes like beer and the sweet pancakes they had for breakfast. Sam exhales harshly as he buries his hand in Dean’s soft hair which is barely long enough to get a good hold of and pull.

Sam acted out of despair when he let Rowena cast that dangerous spell supposed to release Dean from the mark of cain. He didn’t think about the consequences. He just wanted his brother back in one piece, but that came with a huge price. When they broke the curse of the mark and redeemed Dean from the burden, they allowed something dark and evil into their world.
The brothers spend weeks searching for signs of the darkness without success. The cabin fever catches up with them quickly and they decide to move on as they stumbled upon an ominous case. Sam and Dean assume they are hunting a witch, but their suspicion turns out wrong. The monster that they run into is something they haven't seen before. It’s stronger, faster and more violent than anything they know.
Dean gets hurt badly during the fight trying to kill the beast and Sam barely manages to overpower it. They make it back to the bunker, but Dean is unconscious. That also doesn't change even after he has been healed. Sam is worried to death and won't leave his brother’s side. When Dean finally does wake up, something happens to him and that will change their lives forever.

Dean and Sam have been in love with each other since they were teenagers. But they both always thought it was a onesided love, not knowing the other was pining for the same. Only after Dean's horrible confession about what John told him in the hospital shortly before Azazel took him, that he maybe needs to kill his brother one day if he can't save him, find the boys or at least one of them the courage to talk about these feelings going on between them. Sam takes the initiative and tells Dean about his feelings, his desires and his fears. The outcome isn't what he expected, but in the end both brothers are happy and that is everything that counts.

Jared and Jensen have a few rough weeks behind. They are both stressed and not in their right mind, which ensures that they slowly but surely drift apart from each other.
Their relationship isn't the same anymore.
That's why Jared decided they should take some time off together. He came up with an idea that may could help them. He wants them to get back into playing their favorite characters but with a more sexual touch.
The boys do a roleplay as Soulless!Sam and Demon!Dean, have some rough sex to get all the tension off and for a moment it actually helped. But in the end it only brought them more problems which need to be solved.
