"Leo-sama, a King shouldn't lie on the floor like that, you know?"
(Leo-sama.
Closer, but still far off.
Who is that, anyways?)
"You heard our director, idiot. Get up already."
He lets out a breath, staring blankly at the ceiling. "Sena. You know, I think..." He stares at the ceiling, because looking at Sena makes him itchy, and that's no good, right? A King shouldn't be scared of his vassal. Shouldn't be scared of rejection.
A King.
"...I think I just hate the crown."

Summary
And, fine, there's also a sappier part of him that envelopes with a warmth all the conversations they have whenever it's just the two of them, tucking them away in the safest confine in his mind. A part of him that is so overwhelmingly embarrassing that he tries his hardest to forget it's even a part of him to begin with. The part that loves Leo, and is devoted to restoring and protecting every last piece of him.

Izumi's fine with taking such a secret with him to the grave, dying a coward.
Tsukasa is the very enemy of cowardice.
Knights seems to have recovered after euthanasia, but... Maybe the turmoil from that performance has yet to vanish?

Summary
"You always do this, you know?" He can't see his face, but he can tell how Sena's jaw tightens as he talks. Leo isn't sure how to fix what he did wrong, or how to take back whatever words he said to make Sena stop looking at him. "Stop deciding what you think is better on your own. I'm hurting you, right? But you'd rather make yourself the villain than admit that. You've always been like this."
Izumi sighs, turning back and staring at Leo for a minute that feels more like an eternity to him.
After the wave of emotions that washed over them during their Requiem, Izumi and Leo find themselves alone in the changing room. Everything should be fine between them now, but...
