Summary
Izuku has a healing quirk that heals any injury using his energy. The catch? The person has to be on the brink of death, and it is more efficient when he kills them himself. He has been hiding his quirk all his life, sneaking into disaster zones and hospitals while trying to avoid the HPSC and villains who would use him. Now, he's tired of running, and has decided to come out of hiding with the protection of UA to become a hero healer.
