So regarding the 'situation' I do not condone what he did and I am so angry and heartbroken, and I have nothing but hatred for him. For this reason I am rewriting this fic so he is no longer included.
I still love and adore the rest of Achievement hunter and Rooster Teeth, so I won't be taking these fics down completely and I hope the rewrite will mean people can still enjoy these fics.

Summary
“Anyone there?” Steve tries again. He’s hoping it’s a person and not– well, something out of his nightmares. This could still all be a concussion induced dream, he supposes. Steve hasn’t been hit this hard since Jonathan laid him out on the street. And even then, he was able to walk away with his wits, but not his pride.
“Harrington?” A voice, one that also sounds strained, speaks out. Steve knows that voice too, gets taunted by it every basketball practice since it waltzed into his life and shoved him to the ground, figuratively and literally.
“Hargrove?” He’s asks, still incredulous that they’d be put in the same room. Then again, this isn’t a hospital. It’s rather shaping up to be a nightmare.

Summary
Billy Hargrove's got this job. He throws a leaning stack of pizza boxes into the back of the Camero and drives them to the ungrateful and poor-tipping residents of Hawkins. He resents it in a million different ways for so many different reasons, but if it's good for nothing else, it allows him to see Steve Harrington a few times a week, which is just about the only damn thing he’s living for nowadays. Usually, it's a wordless exchange of Steve’s usual order. However, one night, Billy gets this terrible idea and pulls over on the side of the road. From that night on, Hawkins' has one less terrible-tipper and Billy Hargrove says much more to Steve Harrington than nothing at all.

Summary
In the most fundamental way, Hawkins’ mothers were a lot like they had been in California, with plenty of time on their hands now that their children were in high school: bored and restless with their husbands and looking for an orgasm. Billy figured it was a small enough price to pay. That if he played his role and played it well, he’d be rewarded afterwards. That for a few brief moments, before and after, when they swooped in to kiss his cheek or offer him bus fare, Billy would be able to feel the ghostly imprint of what it felt like to be in the presence of a mother who cared.
(Or: Billy is drowning on dry land and Steve, having watched Billy from the sidelines for as long as he has, realizes just how much Billy needs somebody to care).
