Izuku takes a bite of his sesame chicken, “Do what?”
Katsuki leans backward on one palm, gazing at his boyfriend with a hopeful expression.
“Take care of me.”“…Kacchan,” Izuku says without any uncertainty. “of course I would.”
Desperate to find a coping mechanism that he actually likes, Katsuki introduces age regression to his boyfriend and they find their footing in the new dynamic.

Izuku frowns, inching a little closer. “...Are you sure? You’ve been quiet for so long, baby, you’re usually so vocal.”
For a moment, they’re both quiet. Izuku knows deep within his heart that his Kacchan would never be this quiet if there wasn’t a good reason for it.
Katsuki needs a change and Izuku takes care of him.

Katsuki scoffs, rolling his eyes. “Oh, get off your high horse. You’re twenty-two not some old geezer. And those pajamas are cute as hell.”
Izuku becomes flustered, cheeks suddenly feeling warmer than usual. “Ah, uhm…!” He chuckles, “W-Well, I…uhm…!!”
Izuku slips into regression and doesn't even notice. Except for his boyfriend.

“Sorry!” Izuku rushes out an apology, popping the nipple back into his mouth. “Sorry, you just—you shouldn’t drink so fast, It’s bad for your tummy!”
Katsuki suddenly becomes fussy, and Izuku has no idea why.

“Okay,” he says. He crouches down, speaks in that soft, gentle way he only brings out when Katsuki’s like this. “Hey, baby-cat.”
Just like that, Katsuki’s adult headspace crumbles around him. Usually it’d make him smile, but today all he can do is scramble into Hitoshi’s arms and start sobbing his heart out. It just hurts too much. It’s so big, and he’s so small, all his feelings exploding inside his chest.
“Oh, I know, baby, I know,” Hitoshi soothes, easily rearranging them to sit more comfortably. “Shh, you’re alright. You’re gonna be okay.”
