"For every person that commits a rational and well-thought-out crime, there are many others who simply do what they feel in the moment. Is it not possible that that's what these what thieves may be doing?"
"…So they're just going with the flow, is what you're saying?" Kohane said, pursing her lips. "I mean, that's a possibility, isn't it?"
"If you wanna outsmart a bunch of thieves, you've gotta start thinking like them," Shiraishi said, tossing her hair over her shoulder. "And sometimes, that involves straight up not thinking at all!"
Kohane and Akito have been assigned to the hardest case in their shared career: a string of robberies with no distinct thread tying them all together. As the case develops, the two of them learn that the baristas at the cafe they frequent may know more than they let on - and that An and Toya may be the key to cracking this case for good.

“The lights in the living room, glaring and clinical as always, were so bright that he could feel them piercing through his eyes straight into his skull. Though it was on the cusp of winter, it felt colder inside the house than outside, and the constantly running air conditioning wasn't helping one bit. His mother had insisted they all dress up for family photos, given that this was one of the few holidays that the whole Aoyagi family was in town, and the starchy fabric and texture of the dress shirt she'd chosen for him was grating against his skin in a way that made him want to tear the clothes to pieces.
In shorter words, Toya felt like he was on the verge of death.”
After a year of anticipation, the annual Aoyagi family Christmas tree decorating is ruined, and Toya runs to find solace in his partners’ arms. Akito, An, and Kohane come up with a plan to fix this night and make it an experience he won’t ever forget.

Momentarily jolted out of his reverie, Toya glanced at the screen out of the corner of his eye. Grimacing at the display that read 2:43 AM, his eyes flitted down to the notification, and — oh.
He let out a fond sigh, slipping a bookmark between the pages and setting the book on his nightstand. When Akito demanded his attention, Toya wouldn’t say no, even if it was near three in the morning.
It's almost three in the morning, and Akito is still awake. As per usual, so is Toya. They work through it together.

"'Quit apologizing already,' Akito said, his voice low and gruff. 'Just drink your goddamn water. And eat the snacks. I had to pay for that shit.'
'Thank you.' Despite the water he’d just drank, Toya still sounded hoarse as hell. 'Really. For going out of your way to help——me.' Akito cast his gaze away from Toya in a way that made his stomach churn.
'Really, it’s not a big deal,' he said, opening the bag of cookies and handing them to him. 'Not like I would’ve just left you here.'
'You should have.' The words fell out of Toya’s mouth before he could stop them, and Akito’s breath hitched slightly."
Not long after their breakup on Vivid Street, Toya gets overwhelmed at a school event and has a panic attack. Akito's the first to find him.

Summary
Nene really hadn't known what she had expected when the Otori family had proposed taking Wonderlands x Showtime on vacation to a beach property they owned, because of course they had one of those.
“Rui! You can't just write ‘Tsukasa catches on fire’ into the script without consulting me first!” Nene heaved a heavy, long-tortured sigh after what was probably at least the third outburst of that sort on this leg of the trip alone. In retrospect, it should have been exactly that. Nene had long resigned herself to the fact that she wouldn't see any peace at all for the rest of the week if it was already so bad in the car ride over. But surprisingly she found she didn't mind as much as she thought she would, not with Emu laughing beside her and not with the notion that this was the last real chance they had to take a vacation like this before half their troupe graduated, and everything began to change. Something about it felt important.
Nene wondered when she had started getting so sentimental.
Maybe it was just the beach. She figured that was probably pretty likely.
Regardless, they had one week. And Nene planned on making it count.

Summary
Junpei totally knew what gay people were, alright!? He'd read about them, even met a couple before. But it was kinda easy to forget about them when he didn't really have any of them in his day to day life, as far as he was aware. He figured he would have realized by now if there was. He could be stupid sometimes, he knew, but no way he was genuinely oblivious to that degree. So could you really blame him for thinking that people he had known for fucking months at that point coming out to him in their own strange ways was unexpected!? He didn't think you could. It was only a handful.
It turned out that you really, very much could. Blame him, that is.
Or: A self-indulgent attempt at writing a comedy fic where Junpei slowly realizes that he is, in fact, the only straight person in his life, in ways ranging from simple to wholesome to occasionally slightly mortifying.

If people return their equipment, everything runs smoothly.
Amity's luck means that the one night someone decides to take off with a whole set of badminton equipment is also the night before her chemistry midterm.
