    This is a Dream SMP Au wherein Tommy is selkie who is taken in by a human called Dream who stole his pelt as a small child. Obviously considering the Canon material, Tommy is not treated the best and is mostly kept as a way to keep Dream's public image swell. But, eventually, Tommy is discovered by the L'manberg Institute, an organization dedicated to helping non humans escape from dangerous situations and rehabilitating them.
