Here’s the thing: Yoongi knows he’s smart, knows that he makes good decisions and that he’s a genius when it comes to all things music and production, knows that he’s a pretty good friend all things considered, and knows even more that he’s not perfect and will always always have to work at all these things.
He’s just really stupid when it comes to one thing, specifically.
Or rather, one person.
The same person who’s currently blowing up his phone at 11:37pm on a Tuesday night in the middle of February, who called him two nights ago and that he turned down for some facsimile of a reason that hadn’t even made sense then, and who had sauntered into his life a year and a half ago with all the fanfare of a major-scale drama actor and the annoyingly beautiful face to match.
Min Yoongi is comically stupid when it comes to Kim Seokjin.
And that’s why he has rules.

On this particular fishing trip, they're inspired to do more than just cast some lines. The motion of the ocean, rocking them back and forth, and their inability to keep their hands off each other leads to a less than decent display on the fishing boat deck.
