Even though his legs were cybernetic, and the imitation senses in the cybernetics were designed so that he would only feel pressure and not temperature or pain, he could have sworn that he felt the cold trickling through his armor and boots, eating away at the nerve endings that no longer existed. The more he thought about it, the more he realized Hunter was likely in immense pain simply from the cold, before considering how the temperature and pressure changes would affect any of his joints and old injuries.
Stranded with the rest of Clone Force 99 on an ice-planet while trying to fix the Havoc Marauder, Hunter helps Echo warm up while also reminding him that he belongs on their squad not for his “enhancements,” but for his brotherhood.

Summary
When he's upset, though, he prefers to be alone. That comes from pre-everything Crosshair; he always had a tendency to brood. Echo would hazard a guess that what keeps him from seeking anybody out nowadays is guilt, though, when before it was namely pride. Unfortunately, due to his status as a prisoner on the run and a brother plagued by barely disguised self-hatred, none of them feel yet that he's quite out of the flight risk zone. If they find him upset, they stay with him.
Echo can give him silence though. After all, Crosshair's not the only one who sought out the stars tonight.
