    She goes to the school and inhales the smell of children’s sweat, moldy remnants stuffed far away in backpacks hanging from the rows of coat racks. On a plaque there’s the school logo for the Pine Bluff Otters, a smiling creature with soulless eyes. It’s funny how death taints nostalgia with a slimy cover. Like filthy rain water washing out the lively colors of nature. She needs to find Samantha’s killer.
