Max Caulfield left home at the age of fourteen and went to one of the finest schools in the country. Put forward three years because of her exceptional test scores. Her high achieving academic scores are still some of the best in the country. She studied for years to become one of the most talented doctors in the state.
Major overhaul of the entire story. Still the Trash Talk you know but with all PoV changes made.
