If it’s a quirk that can wear off without activity, I’d probably opt to just avoid anyone until I ride it out. If not, I guess I would go to you.” Izuku flushed. It was embarrassing to admit something like this to his boyfriend who he’d only been dating for a few months.
“First, I’d want you to try and brainwash me. See if I can be broken out of it that way. If not.. Well, I trust you.” Izuku admitted, his face a terribly bright red as he avoided eye contact with Hitoshi.

Looking around, he realized what was actually wrong.
Women and men that were hopefully married to or dating each other were coming onto each other in very overt ways for being in public at a villain fight. Izuku watched, wide-eyed as he realized that he wasn’t disgusted. His core was coiling and he felt hotter.

“Want one?” Yuki offered, extending the tin canister. Hitoshi nodded, but quickly realized he was still wearing the muzzle. Out of instinct he shook his head, but Yuki just rolled her eyes and undid one of the straps on his jaw.
The clicking sound turned Hitoshis body on autopilot and he scrambled to remove it fully while Yuki let out a small laugh and leaned forward with a lighter. “I kinda forgot what your face looked like Toshi.” Yuki joked, inhaling deeply before exhaling a puff of smoke. Her fluffy hair out of sorts even more than it was last night.
When Hitoshi finally took off his muzzle it felt like a little ounce of freedom in an otherwise shitty life.
“Me too,” He agreed mindlessly
Sometimes it was hard to differentiate his two lives the line that separated them got thinner and blurrier as more time passed.* * *
After months of training with Aizawa, Hitoshi thinks he is prepared for anything. Though apparently not prepared for when his mentor comes to training frustrated and ends up taking it out on his student and unintentionally hurting him. Of course, as any teacher would, Shouta feels bad and offers to help his student. Long story short, the injury wasn't Hitoshis first.

“I know!” He tried hard not to shout, but the words just forced their way out. “I know.” He repeated, calmer. “But we have to do this. We have to. They have spent their whole lives cushioned and coddled by the good side of quirk society.”
Katsuki’s jaw was so tight, Izuku swore his teeth must be aching from the force of it. When he spoke, he did so through his teeth with pain clear on his features.
“You get it, don’t you; what you’re asking me to do? Izuku I-...you’re asking me to hurt you again. You’re asking me to be your abuser, again.”

Summary
Shinsou, Denki, and Izuku are in a toxic relationship where Shinsou and Denki are terrible partners. After long shifts as a doctor, Izuku often finds himself blamed for their mistakes or unfairly compared to the seemingly "perfect" Denki. One day, they ignore his safe words, pushing him to the breaking point. Desperate and hurt, Izuku runs away and ends up in a bar owned by two men who specialize in Dom/Sub dynamics.
A few days later, Izuku is assigned to these men, discovering that there are kind and supportive Doms who value his well-being, unlike Shinsou and Denki, who constantly pressure him to be "perfect," no matter how hard he tries.
