"Unfortunately not." He's standing in the aisle, crushed between the over-cologned businessman in front of him and the man with shoulders like a linebacker behind as they all file forward, making glacial progress toward the front of the plane and freedom. "At this rate, I should be at baggage claim in twenty. Where's the nearest liquor store?"
She gives a laugh that's short and sharp and means she's more irritated than amused. "How the hell should I know? I'm your agent not your personal assistant, and I've never been to Boston before. Isn't that what your fancy smartphone's for?"
"My fancy smartphone is for being able to answer your emails while I'm in the air, or at line for Starbucks, or whizzing through the city in the back of a cab. Also for Candy Crush."

Grantaire has been self-destructively pining for Enjolras, and the self-destructive behavior amps up after he overhears Enjolras insisting to Combeferre that he has no feelings whatsoever for the cynic. In an attempt to cheer him up, Courfeyrac drags Grantaire out to an open mic, where he meets an alluring stranger...
And Enjolras is not jealous. Because he does not have feelings for Grantaire. Nope, not at all. He just doesn't trust that stranger. After all, his grasp on social politics is alarmingly ill-conceived.

Summary
Enjolras has never showed him anymore than reluctant acceptance. To feel close to him, Grantaire paints and sketches his Apollo as best he can but it's a waste of paint. He can't seem to capture his more than perfect image. Until, without warning, Enjolras starts warming up to him. He touches him more, includes him more deeply into their activities. His Apollo seems to trust him and it's more than he could ask for. Even with his drinking and hisgeneral discare for life, Enjolras seems to find something in him worth smiling at. But how much will Grantaire suffer before Enjolras realizes that his feelings are more than that of friendship? Through their enemies misdeeds and a nasty riot, can they both admit to what they want? Can their friends accept them? Can Jean accept that Grantaire is beyond his reach?
Set in modern day Rouen, France. The boys are all students (except for Feuilly) and they've come together to form the ABC, a group that picks up causes and plans out protests and volunteer work. Very liberal, very people oriented. I'm going to be using real French issues, as well as world wide issues. I'm American, please bear with me.

Cutting out all his family but his cousin Courfeyrac, he finds himself poor and in financial strife. Thankfully his beloved cousin has a solution - working wit him on a crab boat in Dutch Harbor. In the states, he spots an Adonis among sheep but can't bring himself to go up to him. As it turns out, the golden beauty is his cousin's captain - HIS captain.
How will Grantaire hold up to being stuck on a fishing boat with the man he promised his cousin he wouldn't love?
