Summary
When Obi-Wan "Ben" Kenobi wakes up on Tatooine decades before his exile there, he finds himself mysteriously young again with a second chance to change the galaxy's fate. Guided by the Force, he meets Shmi Skywalker before Anakin's birth and sets in motion a plan to free the slaves of Tatooine.
As he trains Shmi in the ways of the Jedi and builds a rebellion against the Hutts, Ben discovers that the Force has larger plans for him: to spread Jedi teachings throughout the Outer Rim and create a movement that will endure even if the Order falls.

Obi-Wan’s mind fixated on this as they were practically pushed into the set of rooms by the guards, who bowed and told them their things would arrive shortly. The door closed behind them with a resounding thud, and then Anakin and Obi-Wan were alone together in a room clearly meant for romantic partners.
Anakin adopted a thoughtful, if somewhat sheepish, air. “Looking back over my words,” he said slowly, scrubbing a hand through curls that had grown long, “I can see where I messed up.”
“Anakin,” said Obi-Wan, who still had not looked away from the one giant bed. “They think we’re married.”

The artifact glowed in Kenobi’s hands, consuming his entire body in a brilliant crystal blue. Dooku watched—half horrified, half entranced—as the box split open, the brush of the unifying force breathing in sync with the living. "A single touch from a single soul creates an unimaginable shift in the force," the descriptions of the artifact had uttered. The words couldn’t even begin to describe the shift in the air, the impenetrable tick of gears turning. And then, almost as soon as it began, the swirling blue light tucked itself back into the artifact with a soft hiss, leaving behind a man who was nothing like the general Dooku knew.
Standing in front of him was a young Jedi Knight who looked very much afraid.
“Grandmaster?” Obi-Wan whispered.
Or in other words: During the late Clone Wars, Obi-Wan accidentally touches an ancient Jedi artifact, which transports his grieving Post-Naboo self into the future to take his place. Somehow this saves the galaxy.

Lydia grapples with being stuck in someone else’s life, bound by a future she didn't choose, all the while being forced to navigate a world that couldn’t be more different from her own.
Her growing attraction to the fiercely protective and keen-eyed Horse-lord, tasked to take her on the long journey to Edoras to marry his cousin, only makes things more complicated, of course.Rated E for detailed but tasteful smut chapters in the later portion of the story.
Graphic depictions of violence only concerns one very short dream sequence in chapter 24, and MCD is about Théodred as per the canon.
