Summary
Satomi-kun’s not too happy after that, pouting lips smeared something sticky and glossy, like a overripe shade of glazed strawberries. Kyouji’s trying this new thing where he’s being a good adult, though, so he doesn’t say that.
Snippets, over the years; Kyouji and Satomi.

Summary
It’s almost like… like Hikaru’s being soaked from the inside, like something’s seeped into him and won’t stop — turning color to sludge and corners to rot. Hikaru’s molding and mildewing, and growing in his remains is something else.
Hikaru is less Hikaru the closer Yoshiki looks.
So Yoshiki closes his eyes.

Summary
Sir Wriothesley retracts the strip, leaving the bitten flush of Neuvillette’s nipples in plain display against the paleness of his skin. How undignified, Neuvillette thinks, the tips of his ears hot. There’s an uneven hitch to his heartbeat that has his bare chest quietly heaving.
The quiet passing of Neuvillette’s tailor leaves him looking for a competent replacement. What’s strange about this new tailor is that he seems to delight in undressing Neuvillette as much as he does dressing him.

Summary
She’s sobbing, gasping, in that childish, hiccupping way that makes people uncomfortable to watch, and all the while, Shirota never pulls away. He sees, and he stays, and he holds her until they’re all tangled up, like he’s hiding the frayed stitchings where Chicchi ends and Kisa begins.
Rukiora and Chicchi, Kisa and Mitsuki; on the stage of Oh, Rama Havenna.

Summary
Something dull twists in his stomach. Everything he feels is dull now. The emotions that used to dig knives at his chest, have tears glossing up his eyelashes, stain his cheeks with a candied shade of red; they're all numbed down, a mere flicker of the embers, a taste of the vibrance he once took for granted.
He thinks he ought to be angry. Perhaps he is, and simply can’t tell. These days, he’s mostly just hungry.
Ciel pays his baby brother an overdue late-night visit.
