Sam sort of shamefacedly realizes how much he likes Dean's little paunch and starts secretly enabling him - extra leftovers for Dean to eat, extra snacks in the car - except Dean catches on and doesn't tell Sam. He just decides to go along with it. He makes a big production of stuffing himself at the all-you-can-eat bar and flaunting his naked belly in their motel room.
